The "High-Pressure Vacuum Extruder MV Type" is a compact molding machine that combines the functions of a vacuum noodle maker with our fresh pasta machine. It can produce noodles without gluten, allowing for the creation of original noodles based on the ratio of flour used. Additionally, because it is a "continuous type," you only need to add flour to the machine! This significantly reduces labor costs. The extrusion section is equipped with a water-cooled jacket, enabling temperature control of the noodles. The screw is made of all stainless steel through machining, which adds to its strength.
